Actually, those books are really good to inform people (Men & Women)
where they are at in life's developmental cycle (i.e. the 20's, the
30's, the 40's, the 50's, etc.) and what tends to happen durring those
times of changes/stages/passages!!!

I had a good friend who died of an overdose or heroin. By now maybe
she would have had some sort of Menopause.
PMS mode worked out like second nature but she was still cool.
She though, I still love the heck out of her.
You chicks are great people. Do what you do.

I noticed the stress level and testiness you seem to have while off the
smoke! Stress also, BTW, can raise the blood pressure (not really lack
of the smoke).
